Admissions & TuitionAdmission Process
Liberty Learning Center was established to provide a Christ-centered, Spirit-filled, biblically based, classical education for families that desire this kind of education for their children. If parents agree with the Vision, Statement of Faith, and the policies of Liberty Learning Center, they may follow the steps below to enroll their students.
Basic Qualifications for Admittance
Kindergarten
Children around 5 years old capable of following directions, with good fine motor skills, and some understanding of the alphabet and numbers will be considered. An interview with an administrator may be needed to gauge readiness for our learning program.
Levels 1 – 6
Children’s ages may vary but all children must have a basic knowledge of reading according to their level. Reading, Writing, Math and English placement tests need to be completed to determine class level.
Admissions Procedures
01.
Schedule an interview and tour the school. Parents and students must attend.
02.
Complete admissions packet and turn in with registration fee before deadline.
03.
Complete placement tests if requested.
04.
After acceptance, parents must attend the parent orientation meeting.
05.
If your student is not accepted, you will be notified of the reasons.
Enrollment Procedures
01.
Make every effort to understand the policies and procedures in the “Parent Handbook.” You must accept and commit to the things set forth in this handbook.
02.
Return signed and dated:
a. Completed Application for Enrollment with both parents’ signatures
b. Signed Parent Commitment form
c. Signed Statement of Faith
d. Student Pick Up Information Sheet
e. Financial Agreement
f. Release of Liability Form
g. Field Trip Parent Authorization
h. Health Profile
i. Media Consent and Release Form
j. Permission to Administer Medications

Tuition and Fees
Make checks payable to Caldwell Christian Church with LLC payment in the memo.

| Your child’s tuition may be paid in full at the beginning of the school year or on the 1st of each month during the school year as a ten-month plan. (Contact us if an alternate payment plan is desired.) |
| Pay in full | –Due August 01 (This year we have open enrollment until we are full) |
| Pay on the 1st of each month | –Due September 1, 2022 – June 1, 2023 |
| Non-refundable registration fee of $100 is due with the application. Supply fee is due with the first tuition payment. Curriculum fee is usually due one month before the start of school, but this year it is due upon acceptance into our center. |
| Payments: Tuition payments are due in full on the 1st of each month. There is a $25 late fee for payments which are not received by the 10th. If the account becomes delinquent at any time during the school year, please communicate with the Director about financial issues. If your account becomes 30 days past due, we may require you to take your child out of Liberty until your account is paid in full, unless other arrangements have been made. |
